VXDIAG J2534 GM Techline Connect Error UEH101: null Solution
Problem:
Tried to use VXDIAG VCX SE GM with GM Techline Connect SPS2 for ECM programming. TLC reported an error “UEH101:null”. Anyone gotten this error before?
Solution 1:
Delete it and reinstall happened to some others.
If hit uninstall then redownloaded. Same problem. You have to uninstall everything that involved it’s. There’s like 15-20 different things that tie in to it. Have to go to add remove programs and remove it all.
Solution 2:
Had this happen not too long ago called tech support and 3 hours later they said it was my computer. New laptop. I was using google chrome to sign in to tds, but when I switched to Microsoft edge I worked and went through and working ever since. Hope you get it resolved!
VXDIAG Renault Trafic III PH2 Vehicle Not Diagnosed by CLIP?
Problem:
I use VXDIAG VCX SE and CLIP.
My CLIP v237 keeps giving errors. Error “Vehicle not diagnosed by CLIP. please switch to ADT”
What is ADT and how to solve it?
Solution:
If you are using CLIP software, you will receive an error message: “The
vehicle is not subject to diagnosis with the CLIP device, please switch to the
ADT device.”
Renault Group has launched the Alliance Diagnosis Tool (ADT)
across its dealer network worldwide. ADT is the next generation of diagnostic
and repair tool for vehicles manufactured after 2020.
VXDIAG
VCX NANO Renault does not work via DOIP and cannot be used as a
transit communication channel with the ADT, the Renault
program.
VXDIAG VCX SE works via DOIP, but some users tested
it and found that they could not use physical token for ADT.
Therefore, for new Renault cars with the SGW security gateway, it is better to use the original RNM VCI or Autel/Launch X431 scanners (you will still have to bypass the gateway).
Use the Gateway OBD 16+32 adapter. The SGW is under the gear knob, behind the plastic cover.
VXDIAG Benz License Expired but Failed to Update License?
Problem:
After using the VXDIAG VCX SE BENZ diagnostic tool approximately three times, it prompts that the VCI license has expired and 09/2024 Xentry cannot be launched. I tried using the ‘VCI Recovery’ tool on the desktop to update, but it still doesn’t work. Try to update license in vx manager, it said update license failed, error 4001.
Solution:
The VX Manager network shows “offline” which means the computer is not connected to the internet.
You must have network connection to update license.
Update license and try again.
VXDIAG ODIS V23 Cannot Scan All Modules Solution
Problem:
VXDIAG VCX SE 6154 connects fine with ODIS service software 23 but it cannot scan/read all modules. Some modules are missing. Another vcx se 6154 has no problem. Any solution?
Solution:
Update VW 6154 driver in vx manager and try again.
We also did a teamviewer check on the customer’s laptop. There are too many diagnostic software that will conflict with the ODIS v23 software.
Better install ODIS software on a separate partition.

Run SDD_166 setup.exe
Select setup language.
Accept license agreement.
Install Adobe
Reader.
Install HV Safety Installer Setup Wizard.
Install MOXA UPort
Windows Driver.
Finish installing SDD 166 setup.
Install VX Manager driver.
Install JLR SDD driver.
Connect VCX NANO or VCX SE interface with laptop.
Check device is well connected and keep firmware and license up-to-date.
Extract SDD patch folder on desktop.
Run JLR SDD Offline patch.
Run JLR SDD software on desktop.
then log in using the username and password below.
user name: y-cai1, password: apri12012
Fill in dealer information and continue.
Exit SDD.
Run JLR SDD Offline.Fix.2020.7.14 patch
Then run JLR SDD software again.
