How to Update VXDIAG Benz CV Benz Driver?

Great news to all VXDIAG Benz diagnostic scanner users! VXDIAG now released a new Benz CV truck driver for truck xentry software.

• UPDATE: Xentry Diagnosis 09/2025 Truck version support
• This update requires the latest VCI firmware V1.9.6.0 (20251121)
• Truck (Commercial Vehicle) software need device license BENZCV

How to Activate VXDIAG Truck License?

For new users, VXDIAG VCX SE Benz will come with BenzCV license by default.

For existing users, provide your VCX device serial number to activate Benz CV license for FREE.

How to Update VXDIAG Benz Truck Driver?

1. Update VCI firmware to V1.9.6.0 (20251121).

2. Update VCI license.

Make sure the BENZCV license is activated.

3. Update Benz C6 license.

Under XENTRY Truck software, the device will automatically switch to the C6 Truck Edition.
Under XENTRY Car software, the device will automatically switch to the C6 Standard Edition.

4. Now truck license and driver have been updated. You can use Xentry truck version.

VXDIAG Xentry 2022 2023 2024 Access Authorization Expires Solution
