How to Solve VXDIAG Renault Not Connect with Megane 3 2010?

Tried to diagnose a Renault Megane 3 year 2010 with VXDIAG VCX NANO Renault CLIP V219. Sometimes it can communicate with the model, and sometimes it cannot.

1). VXDIAG has a more complete package for BMW and Mercedes. Topdon does not have WIS/WPC (parts and workshop info) and ISTA-P software.

2). VXDIAG supports both PIWIS II and PIWIS III software. Topdon does not support PIWIS II software.

3). Topdon comes with newer ODIS-S and ODIS-E software.

4). Both VXDIAG and Topdon support SDD and Pathfinder software.
5). Topdon 2TB software has Ford FJDS and FRDS software downloaded. VXDIAG you have to download programs by yourself.
