VXDIAG PIWIS3 No Circuit Diagram for Porsche 2019+?
Problem:
Cannot find the circuit diagram for Porsche Cayenne 2020 9YA in piwis iii V41.600.000 software. The VCI is VXDIAG VCX SE with Porsche license. Any idea?
Solution:
Offline circuit diagram only supports Porsche till 2018.
To check circuit diagram for 2019 and onwards Porsche models, you need online access.
Starting in 2019, Porsche circuit diagrams need to log in to the dealer’s online account for inquiries.

VXDIAG VCX FD License Invalid Solution
Problem:
VX Manager can detect the VXDIAG VCX FD GM scanner. But failed to update license and firmware.
License is invalid.
Update VCI firmware failed.

Possible reason:
Use of the standard version of VX Manager (V1.8.9.0601), instead of the Beta version specifically optimized for VCX FD devices.
Solution
Visit vxdiagshop.com “Download” page, download and install VX Manager Beta version for VCX FD device.
After installation, restart the software and reconnect the device. At this point, the device should be recognized properly, and you can proceed with the diagnostics.
Why You Need the Dedicated Version
The standard version of VX Manager may not fully support the advanced features of the FD device. The dedicated version ensures seamless integration between the software and the device, preventing connection issues or limited functionality.

Part 1: Install Driver and Update Firmware
How to install vx manager, driver and update firmware for VCX SE 6154?
Download vx manager here

After installing ODIS software (ODIS installation guide), run VX Manager, select Passthru and 15-VAG-ODIS 6154 driver and press next to finish installing vx manager.
Connect VCX SE 6154 with laptop via USB cable.
Run VX Manager on the desktop.
There is no device detected. Press-Re-connect. Now it will see your 6154 device.
If there is a “+” in Firmware, run firmware update.
Go to the Diagnostic tab. Check if VW 6154 driver is installed.
If there is a purple “+” icon of the driver, you need to update driver.
Part 2: Update License.
If software says the License expired.
Run
VX Manager, check the License.
If the valid day is 0, go back to Device
Information and update License.
If don’t have network connection, VX Manager will say “offline, Download License failed”.
Close
VX Manager.
Connect network.
Run
VX Manager and update license.
The
license won’t expire but needs to be renewed every 60 days.
Part 3: How to Connect VXDIAG VCX SE 6154
VCX SE Connects via USB, WiFi and LAN cable.
1. Connect via USB
Connect VCX SE with laptop via USB cable, and connect another end to vehicle via OBD socket.
Go to Device Manager->Network Adapters. If you see Realtek USB FamilyController, it means the device is well connected.
If not, unplug the USB cable and firmly insert the vcx se.
2. Connect via WiFi
Connect VCX SE with the vehicle via OBD port, don’t connect USB cable.
Turn
on the ignition with working key.
Hit Network icon on the bottom right of your PC.
Find WiFi
name DoIP-VCI-XXXX and choose auto connection,
Pair WiFi
with password: 12345678
3. Connect VCX SE with LAN cable
To connect VCX SE via LAN, you also need a USB Type-C to RJ45 LAN converter which is included in the package.

VXDIAG JLR SDD Software Stuck on Configuring Solutions
Problem:
Need to diagnose a 2007 Land rover freelancer 2 with VXDIAG VCX SE JLR SDD v165 software, software is stuck on this page and cannot proceed.
Error Legacy/Current vehicle change.
The system needs to reconfigure in order to support current (2010 onward) and Legacy (pre-2010) vehicles.
Solution:
The Vxdiagshop.com engineer did a Teamviewer check and found that he had not installed the JLR SDD driver in VX Manager.
So software will stuck on the configuring page. After installing driver, everything goes fine.
VXDIAG PSA Diagbox Cannot Read Module Citroen C4 Solution
Problem:
It is a Citroen C4 PICASSO C4 SPACETOURER, VIN: VF73ABHZTGJ675964. VXDIAG VCX SE PSA Diagbox 9.85 software detects the VIN automatically then disconnects,and cannot read modules. The program says automatic detection of the vehicle is interrupted.
Solution:
www.vxdiagshop.com engineer did a Teamviewer check and solved the problem.
Try manually selecting C4 PICASSO instead of auto selection.
Then Diagbox will read module without problem.
