Problem:
The VXDIAG VCX SE Benz VCI has no connection with Xentry 2025.06 software. Benz C6 driver was installed. Firmware and license are up-to-date.
Error: “VCI cannot be used. Firmware is older than the installed program version.”
Any solution?
Solution:
The latest supported software version is 2025.03. Support for 2025.06 will require the upcoming driver update, which will be released shortly. Please keep an eye on our announcements for further updates.

Problem:
The VXDIAG
VCX NANO GM Tech2win software is not allowing me to run… here
was my original message as well:
My GM module in VX Manager shows installed,
but the “Run” button is disabled. Tech2Win gives “license expired” error.
My
firmware is v1.9.4.2 and GM license shows Available, but clearly Tech2Win bridge
is not activated.
How to fix it?
Solution:
1. Better install Tech2win on Win7 32bit system. Don’t install T2W on Home edition system.
2. Update firmware first, then update license.
3. Don’t start Tech2win from vx manager. Run software from patch.
In this guide, we will walk you through the process of activating the temperature display mode on a Mercedes using the DTS Monaco software and the VXDiag VCX SE Benz diagnostic tool
Tools Required
DTS Monaco Software – Used for coding and diagnostics.
Battery Charger (35A recommended) – Essential for long coding sessions to prevent battery drain.
What’s the difference between VXDIAG VCX SE Benz and VXDIAG VCX VX800 Mercedes diagnostic scanner?
First of all, they are not a new version and an old version—they are simply products from different distributors.
VCX VX800 is an e-commerce product sold online.
VCX SE is the global version. It is available both offline and online dealers.
The hardware and main board are exactly the same—the only differences are the device labels and packaging.
Their functionality is identical, and both support adding authorization software for additional vehicle models.
Problem:
One of our customers has managed to set up ODIS Service 24.3.2 software with VXDIAG VCX SE 6154 interface. Software reads VIN, but when processing the diagnostic, it asks to input user name and password. Where to get the login info?
Here is the clue:
Group Retail Portal (GRP) is a centralized access point and authentication process for ODIS Service. It is replacing the current ODIS logon process since version 23.
We don’t provide the GRP login user name and password.
Better use VXDIAG ODIS software. It is cracked without login info. The latest version goes to 24.1.1.
