VXDIAG VCX FD Firmware 2.3.1.1 Update Failed Solution
Problem:
VXDIAG VCX CAN FD device shows there is a new firmware version 2.3.1.1. Tried to update firmware but failed. Failed to update license either. Any idea?

did a Teamviewer check and found he was using regular vx manager for vcx se
previously.
Then he connected vcx fd with Beta vx manager for vcx fd, it
asked for firmware update.
VCX FD usually comes with latest firmware version before delivery. Current
version is 2.3.1.1.
VCX FD is not compatible with regular vx manager for vcx
nano/vcx se.
The firmware program may be damaged by the regular vx manager.
Need to be
sent back for factory repair.
VXDIAG Benz W223 DoIP Read VIN but Not Continue?
Problem:
There is a problem with VXDIAG VCX SE Mercedes xentry scanner.
If i try to work on a doip car like 223 i need (while it start to read the
Information)
To open vxmanager and press on doip on. Only then it work. If i
don’t do it, it read the vin but at the check vin point, it won’t go to the next
step.
Maybe you got a idea why?

System issue. Reinstall system and try again.

VXDIAG Benz 2024.09 Xentry Cannot Login MB Account?
Problem:
Got the VXDIAG VCX SE Benz with 2024.09 Xentry software. But failed to login xentry with the original Daimler account to do online SCN coding.
Solution:
The 2024.09 or previous versions are cracked offline versions of xentry. Cannot access scn onling coding even with the original MB account.
VXDIAG device does have online scn coding capabilities, just need to find the proper software version. Better use OEM software.
How to Solve VXDIAG Benz Xentry icon No Response?
Problem:
The VXDIAG VCX SE Benz device is well connected, VX Manager detected the unit and the license is up-to-date. Run 2024.03 Xentry Diagnostic software on the desktop. It does not respond. Software is not opening. Any solution?
Solution:
Vxdiagshop.com engineer did a Teamviewer check and found it was the laptop issue.
The storage of the laptop is too small. Requires at least 4GB memory to run Xentry.
Change a modern laptop and it should be fine.
VXDIAG VCX SE ODIS-E Works ODIS-S No Connection Solution
Problem:
I have a vxdiag vcx se 6154 and I have this problem for odis service.
I first install odis e 17 and it works.
Then once ODIS service v23 is installed the interface is not recognized in ODIS service. Any solution?
Solution:
1). Uninstall and Reinstall VW 6154 driver in vx manager.
2). If not working, install ODIS-S PDU driver.
Contact www.vxdiagshop.com to download original ODIS-S PDU driver (VW D-PDU API 64bit).
Double-click to install the VW D-PDU API 64bit driver setup. Choose the destination location as C:/Program Files/VW_PDUAPI_OS folder and wait until the setup installation is finished.
It should be fine. Run ODIS-S software again. Select VCI type as VAS 6154.
