How to Install VXDIAG ODIS Engineering V14.1 Software?
VXDIAG VCX SE 6154 VW Audi Skoda Seat diagnostic tool is compatible with ODIS-Engineering software V14.1.
Here is the instruction on installing ODIS-E v14.1 on Windows 11.
Procedure:
Install OffboardiagSetup-Engineering_v14_1_0 setup
Select
language
Press Next
Select diagnostic interface as VAS 6154
Search license.dat file from ODIS
engineer 14.1 folder
Finish installing odis-e setup.
Send ODIS-E software from Microsoft/Windows/Start Menu/Programs/Offboard Diagnostic Information Systsem Engineering folder to desktop
Copy OffboardDiagLauncher in ODIS Engineer 14.1 folder
to C:/Program Files/Offboard_Diagnostic_Information_Systsem_Engineering
folder
Extract PostSetup_140100.401.100 file in ODIS engineer 14.1 folder
Then run ODIS-E software on desktop
Select local
directory as D:/ODIS engineer 14.1/PostSetup_14 folder
Press Next
Download the
database and restart the computer
Copy all files in C:/ODIS Engineer 14.1/VWMCD folder
to
C:/ProgramData/Offboard_Diagnostic_Information_Systsem_Engineering/MCD-PROJECTS-Engineering
folder
Software is ready to use. Run ODIS-E
on desktop.
VXDIAG 6154 ODIS V11 No EU VW Audi Solution
Problem:
I got the vxdiag vcx se 6154 and odis v11 hard drive. When i run odis software there are USA cars only. No European Audi and VW cars. Is it possible to add European models too? Any idea?

Don't start ODIS from that folder and menu.
There is a "ALL" folder on the desktop.
If need to troubleshoot European VAG models, you run VW, Audi, Skoda programs separately instead of 'all'
Run 'all' software if you want to diagnose VAG cars from other regions.'all' program contains major vag models.
How to Solve VXDIAG ODIS Cannot Change Language?
Problem:
I got the vxdiag vcx se full with 2TB hdd, today I loaded VAG ODIS software and selected Polish language pack. But software still displays in English. Any solution?
Solution:
If you select Polish pack, there are 2 language in system, English+ Polish.
Go to Admin to switch language from English to Polish.
Same as other languages.
NOTE:
First ODIS (2TB HDD or VCX
SE 6154 HDD) installation requires updating data first. This process may
take about 1 hour.
During the process, need to choose the correct language
youneed.
The first installation will ask to select language pack. DO select the language you desired. You cannot change language later if don't select language pack at the beginning.

I had figured it out. First installation failed due to problem with java. Some VW_PDU API files and registry keys left after uninstall. After proper java version redeployment odis installation attempts were failing due to these files and keys presence. I had deleted them and cleaned registry manually and installation was successful.
Keep this solution if someone will have similar problem.

Problem:
My vxdiag vcx se 6154 odis 9.1.0 was working fine. But it says the trial period has expired when I try to update VCI to new version today.
