Where to Find VXDIAG Benz Xentry Login Password?

Problem:

I got the vxdiag vcx se Benz with 2022.12 xentry software HDD, when starting Xentry it asks for a login user name and password. Where can I find them?

Solution:

Way 1:

Direct input user name: xentry and password:123456 to enter xentry.

Way 2:

You can also do this way.

Run xentry Offline path from desktop, it will not ask for login password.

If xentry software crashes, run FIX or MBFix program on desktop. It will be ok.

NOTE: If test latest Mercedes W223 W216 with vxdiag xentry (need license), you must use login method 1 above. 

How to Open VXDIAG Benz 2022 WIS and EPC?

Problem:

I had a problem running vxdiag vcx se Benz 2022.12 EPC software. Starts from WIS-EPC on desktop and run EPC from vmware. But got an error 462.

How to fix it?

For vxdiag xentry software 2022 onwards , please open WIS and EPC as follow:

Open WIS

Run WISALL2022 on desktop to open WIS

Open EPC

Run WIS_EPC on desktop

Run WIS_WEB from vmware workstation to open EPC

Otherwise press No.

Then run Xentry VCI Recovery program on desktop

Then press UPDATE to update Xentry Diagnosis VCI

Select VCI version 202303

Allscanner VXDIAG Benz C6 and VCX SE Benz Xentry software were released to V2022.12 on Dec. 30th, 2022.

Update firmware- Update VCI and DoIP

Go to Diagnostic tab, Update Benz C6 driver

Then follow instructions here to update C6 firmware VCI

How to Solve VXDIAG Benz Driver File Check Failed Error?

Problem:

I noticed there was a new Benz C6 driver for the vxdiag vcx se benz scanner. I got the xentry 06/2022. I installed the C6 driver today but it failed me.

Error: File check failed.

Solution:

The new version Benz C6 driver is updated to support the 09/2022 version Xentry.

If you xentry 06/2022 and previous versions, run XDVCI UPDATE program on the desktop

If still get the same error, close vx manager, and try again.
