Difference between VXDIAG VCX SE and Topdon Rlink Lite
Both VXDIAG VCX SE and Topdon Rlink Lite support multiple car diagnostic software. What is the difference between these two?

In sum:
- Both Topdon and VXDIAG use 3rd party driver.
- Both Topdon and VXDIAG VCX SE are compatible with BMW, Benz, Honda, Toyota, JLR, Nissan, VAG, GM, Volvo, Subaru and Porsche (piwis3) software. Rlink Lite currently does not support Ford, Mazda, Renault, Peugeot, Citroen and Porsche PIWIS2 software, VXDIAG VCX SE does. Topdon supports CAN FD protocols, VXDIAG you need VCX FD series. Topdon Rlink supports Chrysler, Wuling, Roewe MG software, vxdiag does not.

VXDIAG VCX SE BMW ISTA 4.46 Cannot Connect Vehicle?
Problem:
I got the vxdiag vcx se BMW firmware and license updated, but still cannot communicate with vehicle. Software version ISTA+ 4.46.21. Any solution?
Possible solutions from vxdiagshop.com:
ISTA 4.46 requires latest BMW driver.
VXDIAG Update BMW Driver for ISTA-D 4.46 and Adds Analysis Diagnostic Mode
Update BMW ICOM driver in VX Manager.
Then update firmware and license.
If still not communicate, reinstalling BMW driver will fix the problem.
Can VXDIAG VCX SE Nissan do Programming?
Question:
My vxidag vcx se Nissan scanner with Consult III plus v226 software will access Qashqai MY2020, diagnostic just fine, when try to reprogram a module, it failed me. The Reprogram button is gray. Will vxdiag Nissan do module programming?
Answer:
VXDIAG with Nissan license does diagnostics function only.
To program/reprogram Nissan ECU/modules you need online subscription from Nissan official, same as other brands Toyota, Honda, Benz ect.
You cannot do programming without OEM subscription.
The VCX SE can be used as J2534 passthru with Consult III plus or NERS (2018+ Nissan) OEM subscription for programming.

Does VXDIAG VCX SE Nissan Require diagnostictool.ini?

Can I please get the "DiagnosticTool.ini" for
the VXDIAG
VCX NANO or VCX
SE Nissan scanner?
Here is the clue.
These Nissan versions does not need diagnostictool.ini registry.
There is
nothing in it thats edited for the device.
The VXDIAG Nissan devices are
working with loader and you must have the lisence
for nissan activated.
If you use non-Nissan version VCX SE or VCX Plus, you can use it as j2534 for Nissan Consult 3 plus.
You modify registry and DiagnosticTool.ini file to add your interface name exactly as it is in the registry.

But better use VXDIAG Nissan as an emulator (with loader) rather than J2534 device.
