VXDIAG Pathfinder Failed to Read Range Rover 2023 VIN?

Problem:

I got the vxdiag vcx se JLR and pathfinder hard drive bundle, but it failed to read VIN of the Range Rover sport 2023? Any advice?

Jaguar Land rover 2023 DoIP models are not supported by vcx se scanner.

Our pathfinder will do JLR from year 2017 to 06.2022.

Get the JLR Pluto device instead if need to diagnose or program 2023 JLR.
